Good value, incredibly beautiful 4-star hotel. Pretty friendly staff all over the place. - Neat rooms and extremely comfy beds. - Early check-in and friendly service. - Clean facilities, parking onsite. - Incredible location, 15 minutes' walk to Durban ICC. - Excellent restaurant at ground floor.

The location and the view is very good.

Communication between hotel and restaurant. Cleaning staff threw the private utensils into the corners of the room and into the closet. We were lucky the laptop didn't get any damage.

The hotel is located directly at the NorthBeach of Durban. We had an apartment with a balcony at 21st floor. Everything's very clean. For the guests there was a hotel own smartphone, which should accompany them through Durban. Even international long-distance calls were free of charge. The view from the balcony to the beach and the promenade was ingenious. The entire staff was extremely friendly. The hotel's own restaurant is highly recommended. Secure parking in the hotel's own multi-storey car park.

Good hotel that's a bit aging already. If you have a room from the 10th floor, the view is really great. Absolutely clean, and the staff is really nice. Great location, directly at the Golden Mile and on the beach

Hotel is already a little bit worn out. At the pool there are only a few sun beds

Plenty of outstanding options for meal. Very comfy bed, neat room. Stunning location in the such beautiful area, short walk to eateries and restaurants and fast food shops. Nearby Joe Cool's - great place to chill out.

A standard double room came with a nice Jacuzzi, shower, and a bedroom, just like we had requested. the location was fantastic, only a short walk from Marine Parade 🌊.

16th floor with sea view, unfortunately it rained the whole time, so that we could use neither pool, nor beach. The breakfast was very tasty. The hotel organized a driver for us, who drove us to the market and picked us up again. We felt safe the whole time.

We asked for a second blanket, there wasn't any. Just a rug. The bed was very small. The bathroom had no ventilation.

We had a very good stay for more three night.

The restaurant here was good at ground floor, we both ordered delicious dishes. The bathroom was large with a shower and a bath.

Convenient location near Durban ICC, clean pool, on-site parking make this place a great choice.

The rooms are well-organised and reasonably large. There are at least 6 aircon units inside the bedroom. - Lots of outstanding food for meals. - the staff and management are pretty friendly and wonderfully welcoming.

This place was well-organized with friendly staff who were available for night shifts, our room had amazing beach views, and the bed was comfortable with a spacious bathroom.

Amazing ocean view from the room, really tidy. the spot is super close to Suncoast Casino, shops, and restaurants. If you fancy a drink, check out Joe Cool's just a short 5-minute walk away! 🍹
